A board of up to five
Civil services, state commissions, the judiciary, banks and regulators: each member with their own area and manner, asking in the real order.
Pick the interview you are facing. An AI board reads your form, questions you out loud one member at a time — in the order the real one moves — and scores you on what the real one assesses. Or book someone who has sat on the other side.
The real board of five reads your Detailed Application Form, then each member takes their own area in turn. Here is the same interview in the room, with an example candidate. Every interview on this page runs this way, with its own panel, form and criteria.
The DAF, the PIQ, your résumé — whatever your board reads. The panel builds its questions from it; the tags show which member will take which line.
In the order the real one moves: the Chairman opens, then education, home state, interests and current affairs, and a situation to close. Follow-ups come from what you just said.
Speak as you would in the room, or type. Your pace, long pauses and filler words are measured as you go — and, if your camera is on, how often you look toward it.
Honestly, zero liquid discharge. The rule was right, but running the evaporator cost us more than the fine for missing it, so on bad weeks the plant ran it for the inspection and not
Scored on the 7 qualities UPSC itself names, member by member, with every line of your DAF marked as held up, shaky or not yet asked. A practice estimate, never a forecast.
“Knew Bhilwara's mills from the inside, and was honest about them. The hobbies went generic after one question.”
Scaled to the real 275 marks from the board's 7 qualities. For finding what to fix, not for predicting a result.
That is the whole product. No course to buy first, no question bank to wade through: pick your interview, fill in your form, and the board is ready. Your recording, if you ask for one, never leaves your device.

The SSB and the boards that work like it: the Coast Guard's FSB and the Territorial Army's PIB.

Technical boards after GATE, ISRO's interview, and the academic interviews after NET.
NTPC, IOCL, PGCIL, BHEL, GAIL, ONGC and other public-sector companies shortlist engineers on their GATE score, then decide with a group discussion and a technical and HR interview.

DRDO's Recruitment and Assessment Centre shortlists on GATE and selects on GATE and a personal interview together — and the interview has a high bar of its own.

Phone screens, coding loops, system design and behavioural rounds at Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Flipkart and product startups.
Amazon hires software engineers through an online assessment, a technical phone screen and a virtual onsite loop of four or five interviews, one of them with a Bar Raiser from outside the team. Leadership Principles questions come up in every round.
Google's process is a technical phone screen, then an onsite of about four 45-minute interviews — mostly coding, one on Googleyness and Leadership, and system design for experienced hires — reviewed by a hiring committee. Many onsites are back in person since 2025.
Microsoft runs a recruiter call and a technical screen, then a loop of several interviews that mix coding, design and behavioural questions, often ending with an 'as appropriate' interview with a senior leader.
Meta's process is a phone screen with two coding problems, then an onsite with coding, system or product design (mid-level and above) and a behavioural interview. Since late 2025 one onsite coding round is AI-enabled.
Flipkart hires engineers through an online test, a problem-solving and data-structures (PSDS) round, a machine-coding round where you build a working program in about 90 minutes, a design round for SDE-2 and above, and a hiring-manager conversation.
India's product startups hire engineers through a data-structures round, a low-level design or machine-coding round, a high-level design round for experienced hires, and a hiring-manager or culture conversation.
The technical, managerial and HR rounds of India's IT services companies.
Case interviews and product manager interviews.
Strategy consulting firms hire through case interviews with a behavioural part in every round. McKinsey's cases are interviewer-led and paired with a Personal Experience Interview; BCG and Bain usually let the candidate lead.
Product manager interviews at technology companies test product sense (design something for someone), execution (metrics and a problem to diagnose) and leadership through stories.
Each round opens the workspace its real version uses, so a coding screen is a coding screen and a group discussion has a group.
Civil services, state commissions, the judiciary, banks and regulators: each member with their own area and manner, asking in the real order.
The interviewer reads your code as you write it and asks about it. 3 rounds let you run it, because their real versions do; the rest are read, as most real screens are.
Draw the components and the arrows between them; the interviewer looks at the board and asks about what you drew, not about a diagram in your head.
Structure the problem, do the maths out loud and land a recommendation — interviewer-led or candidate-led, the two ways consulting firms run them.
Sit at a table with AI candidates, each with a habit you would meet in a real group, and see your share of the talking and how you used it.
TAT, WAT, SRT and the self-description with the board's own counts and seconds, plus the screening PPDT and the lecturette — read against the officer-like qualities.
All three are scored on the same criteria and land in the same report, so you can see a line move instead of weighing one opinion against another.
Candidates who sit mock after mock at different institutes often come out with advice that contradicts itself, and lose their own voice trying to follow all of it. A few habits avoid that.
Run the board as often as you like until every line of your form survives three follow-ups, and drill single members where you are weakest.
Two or three sittings with people who have sat on real boards, close to your date, are worth more than ten early ones.
Every mock here is scored on the same criteria, in the same report. Judge yourself by which line moved, not by whose opinion was loudest.
Real boards are calm. The AI boards are briefed on how theirs behave — they disagree with you to test your balance, not to rattle you.
Practise the exact board you face, from your own form, as often as you need — then take it to a real interviewer when you are ready.
