For schools, coaching institutes & colleges

An operating system for schools and institutes

Admissions, batches, timetable, attendance, live classes, assessment, parent communication and fee collection — running on one spine instead of six disconnected tools and a WhatsApp group.

And the only one that brings you the students. Your institution's public page is where parents across 260+ cities search — an inquiry becomes a student record without anyone re-typing a form.

End to end

One spine, six stages

A student enters as a search result and leaves as a graduate. Every stage writes to the same record, so nothing is re-keyed between them.

Parents find you

Your institution gets a public page on tuition.in — photos, campus videos, faculty, batches, fees, board and results — indexed and searchable across 260+ Indian cities.

  • Public page with gallery, campus videos and faculty profiles
  • Batch-wise fees, timings and seat availability
  • Reviews from students who actually enrolled

The structural difference

Most school software starts too late

An ERP begins working the day a parent has already chosen you. Everything before that — being found, being compared, being trusted — it leaves to you and your hoardings.

Demand, not just administration

Your institution page carries photos, campus videos, faculty, batches, fees, board and results — indexed and compared by parents across 260+ cities. The admission funnel starts here, not in your CRM.

Trust is built in

Document verification, a verified badge and reviews from actually enrolled students — not testimonials you wrote yourself.

One record per student

Inquiry, enrolment, attendance, marks, fees and parent contact are the same row — so no one reconciles spreadsheets at term end.

Who runs on it

Four institution types, one system

Schools

K-12 across CBSE, ICSE and state boards — sections, subject teachers, parents and results in one place.

Coaching institutes

JEE, NEET, UPSC, CAT and banking batches with mock series, rank context and dropper cohorts.

Colleges

Departments, semesters and programme pages, with admission inquiries routed to the right desk.

Preschools

Small rosters, heavy parent communication — the portal and messaging carry most of the load.

Rollout

Live in a week, without a big bang

Campus-wide cutovers are how software rollouts fail. Start with one batch and widen once your teachers trust it.

01

Claim your institution

Register, pick your type — school, college, coaching or preschool — and fill in your profile. Most of it is already familiar: board, grades, subjects, faculty count, facilities.

02

Get verified

Upload registration, premises proof and an admin ID. Verification typically completes in 24–48 hours and unlocks the verified badge on your public page.

03

Import students & set the timetable

Upload your roster as a CSV, create batches, and lay out the weekly timetable. Conflicts are flagged as you go rather than discovered in week two.

04

Go live one batch at a time

Start with a single batch, keep your existing process running alongside, and expand once teachers are comfortable. Nothing forces a whole-campus cutover.

What it deliberately doesn't do

This runs the academic and commercial side of an institution. It is not a full campus ERP, and you should know that before onboarding rather than three weeks into it. Plenty of institutions run both.

  • Transport and route management
  • Hostel allocation
  • Library circulation
  • Staff payroll and HR
  • Statutory board report-card formats
Questions

Before you commit a campus

Is this a school ERP?

It covers the academic and commercial side of one — admissions, batches, timetable, attendance, teaching, assessment, parent communication, fee collection and payouts. It does not handle transport, hostel, library circulation or staff payroll. If those are your priority, a full campus ERP will serve you better; many institutions run this alongside one.

What makes this different from other school management software?

Every other system starts after a parent has already chosen you. This one starts before. Your institution has a public page on tuition.in that parents across 260+ cities search, and an admission inquiry becomes a student record without re-keying. Discovery and administration sit on the same spine instead of in two unrelated tools.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Start with one batch, keep your current process running in parallel, and expand when your teachers are ready. There is no contract requiring a full cutover on a fixed date, and your data stays exportable throughout.

Can parents see their child's progress?

Yes. A parent account links to the student's, showing attendance, assignment submissions, test scores and progress reports. Parents can message teachers directly and receive push notifications for classes, results and announcements.

How does fee collection work?

Students pay online when they enrol, through the integrated payment gateway. Coupons cover admission offers and early-bird discounts, refunds are handled from the dashboard, and collected fees settle to your institution's bank account through payouts.

Does the AI actually grade papers?

It grades descriptive answers against a rubric and reads handwritten sheets via OCR, producing a score and feedback that a teacher reviews and can override. It is a first pass that removes the bulk of the marking, not an unsupervised replacement for a teacher's judgement.

How many teachers and batches can we run?

There is no cap on courses, batches, teachers or enrolled students. Batches can each have their own timetable, fee, teaching panel and mode — classroom, online or hybrid.

What does it cost?

Setting up your institution, publishing your public page, running batches and managing students is free. Metered usage — live-class minutes, stored media and AI evaluations — is billed only for what you consume, and 0% of your fees is taken as commission. Full detail is on the course pricing page.
