Schools, colleges, coaching and tutors Ad to admission What's working

Your whole admission funnel, run in one place and read honestly

Bring families in with ads and posters. Catch every enquiry, from every source, in one list. Book the visit, remind them, close the admission. Then see what's working and what isn't: your reviews on every site you're listed on, your results, your fees.

Where do your seats leak?

Most admissions are lost between the enquiry and the visit

Move the sliders to your own month. You'll see where families drop away, and what winning back one in ten of them is worth at your own rates.

Firms that reply within an hour are about seven times likelier to reach the person than those that wait longer (Harvard Business Review). Every enquiry on tuition.in goes to a counsellor at once, with a clock and an alarm.

Your biggest leak

Between the enquiry and the visit: 78 families a month asked and never came.

If one in ten of them came to visit (8), at your own 40% joining rate that's 3 more admissions from one month's enquiries, ₹1,80,000 in a year's fees.

Arithmetic on your own numbers, not a promise. Nothing you enter leaves this page.

The funnel, stage by stage

Five stages, one account, every number connected

Each stage feeds the next and is counted in the same report, so the cost of an ad, the speed of a reply and the rating on Justdial all show up where they matter: in admissions.

1Bring them in

Ads planned by AI, posters that count their own enquiries

Tell tuition.in your classes or courses, your area and a budget. The AI plans the searches, the ad text, the Google and Facebook split and the page they land on; you approve before anything runs. Posters and posts come in five designs and five sizes, written from your own profile.

  • Your own Google and Meta accounts, or tuition.in's, paid as you go
  • Instagram posts, stories, Facebook, print and email banners
  • Every poster carries its own QR code and link, so its enquiries are counted
How Run Ads and Posters work
2Catch every enquiry

One list, from every source, answered in minutes

Ad pages, Google and Meta lead forms, your website, your tuition.in page, posters, calls and walk-ins all land in one list. Each enquiry goes to the least busy counsellor at once, the family is thanked straight away, and a clock shows who is waiting.

  • An alarm when an enquiry waits past your reply time
  • A reply-speed league for your counsellors
  • Earlier tuition.in enquiries brought in with one click
Admission enquiries, step by step
3Bring them to visit

The visit booked on the same screen, and remembered

Families pick a time for a campus tour, counselling session, demo class or test straight after enquiring. They are reminded the day before and two hours before, and can move or cancel by link; the front desk marks who came.

  • Your own times, by branch and by kind of visit
  • WhatsApp, SMS or email reminders
  • Seats per slot, so a full slot closes itself
4Close and count

From application to the register, with the cost of each admission

After the visit, one tap sends the application with what the family already told you. Documents come online, families follow their status, and the admitted student goes straight into the register, the class and the fee ledger.

  • Cost per enquiry, visit and admission by source, campaign and keyword
  • Google and Meta told who visited and joined, so they find more like them
  • Reasons you lost a family, counted, so you fix the right thing
5Learn what's working

A genome of the institution: what's working, what isn't, and why

Twenty-five signals read from your own records: what families say here and across the web, results, attendance, enquiries, who stays, fees and staff. Each is held to a stated line, and the diagnosis ranks what to fix first, with the numbers and families' own words behind it.

  • What the students who left had in common, against those who stayed
  • Review topics families criticise that your complaint log also shows
  • For tutors too: reviews, batch marks, live-class attendance, re-joins

Where families find you

Not one more listing

You're already on Justdial, UrbanPro, Sulekha and Google Maps, and families who search your name see all of them. tuition.in doesn't ask you to start again. It finds those listings, reads the rating each one shows, and puts them side by side with what families tell you directly.

Found, then confirmed

We search your name and city across the directories for your kind of institution; you confirm which are yours, or paste a link.

Read lightly

The rating and review count each site publishes, at most every few days, never where its robots.txt says no. No review text kept.

Compared on one scale

Every site against the 4-star line most families use, an overall rating weighted by reviews, and the weakest listing named.

How it stays honest

Four rules we hold the funnel to

1Nothing spends without you

The AI drafts the ads plan; nothing launches and no budget rises until the owner approves it, and campaigns pause themselves at their limits.

2Never judged on thin data

A signal with too few records says so and shows how many it has. It is never coloured from a handful.

3Every line shows its source

Each judgement names the line it is held to and where that line comes from: a published target, the national board result, or your own previous period.

4Other sites, read lightly

Only the rating and review count a site publishes, only for listings you confirm, never where its robots.txt says no, and no review text kept.

Questions

What admission teams ask us

What is an admission funnel?
It is the path a family takes from first hearing of you to joining: seeing an ad, poster or listing, looking at your page, enquiring, hearing back, visiting, applying and joining. At every step some families drop away. Running the funnel means bringing more families in at the top and losing fewer at each step, and knowing which step loses the most.
How is this different from an admission CRM?
An admission CRM starts when the enquiry arrives. The funnel on tuition.in starts earlier, with the ads and posters that bring families, and goes further: into the student register once they join, and back again into what is working and what isn't, from your reviews, results, attendance and fees. The CRM part is described in full on our admissions pages.
Do I need to run ads?
No. Enquiries from your tuition.in page, posters with your QR code, walk-ins, calls and your own website all land in the same list and are followed up the same way. Ads are there when you want more families than these bring.
How do you read my Justdial, UrbanPro or Sulekha rating?
We search the web for your name and city, and you confirm which listings are yours. For those, we read the rating and review count the site publishes for search engines, once and then at most every few days, and never where the site's robots.txt asks us not to. We keep no review text and link back to each site. Google's rating is fetched live each time you open the page and never stored.
What does the genome judge, and against what?
Twenty-five signals across what families say, how students do, who shows up, who comes in, who stays, the money and the people. Each is held to a stated line: for example, 95% of billed fees collected (the usual school target), the national CBSE pass rate, or a parent recommendation score of 50 (excellent in education). Signals with no published line are judged against your own previous period, and only when that period was measured too.
Can my team see it?
Each team member sees only the areas their work covers: someone who handles fees sees the money, an admissions counsellor sees enquiries and reviews. The owner sees everything.
What does it cost?
The enquiries list, ad pages, visit booking, reminders, posters, reports and the genome come with your tuition.in account. Ads in your own Google or Meta account are billed by Google or Meta. If tuition.in runs the ads from its account, you top up a wallet and pay the ad spend plus a management fee, day by day.
Is families' data safe?
Enquiries go only to the institution they asked. Ad platforms receive only coded (hashed) phone numbers and the stage reached, never names. Families can stop admission emails from a link.
