Overview
You say what you want to fill and how much you want to spend. The AI decides how to get the enquiries: which searches to show for and which to avoid, what the ads say, how the money splits between Google and Facebook, and the page the ads land on. You check the plan and launch it. Every enquiry from an ad lands in Enquiries with the ad and keyword it came from, so you see what each admission cost.
Your account or ours
| Way | How it works | Who bills you |
|---|---|---|
| Your own accounts | Connect Google Ads and Facebook once on Accounts & wallet. Campaigns are built in your accounts and you keep full access to them there. | Google and Meta, directly. |
| Run by tuition.in | No ad account needed. Top up the ad wallet; tuition.in runs the ads from its own accounts. | The wallet: what the ads spend plus a management fee, day by day. Stop any time; the rest of the wallet is yours. |
The wallet shows its balance and how many days it covers at today's budgets. A campaign run by tuition.in needs at least three days of its budget and fee in the wallet to start.
Making a plan
On New plan, give the brief:
- What to fill: classes, courses (colleges) or exams (coaching).
- The goal: campus visits, demo classes, or enquiries.
- Where: your city, up to eight localities, and how far around you to reach (1 to 50 km; 8 km unless you change it).
- Budget for a month, the dates, and the channels (Google, Facebook and Instagram, or both).
The plan comes back as drafts: the reasons for the split, the searches with their monthly volumes and competition (Google's own Keyword Planner numbers once a Google account is connected), searches to block from day one (jobs, PDFs, results and the like), the ad text for each channel, and an ad page with your results, fees and highlights from your profile. Without the AI switched on, a plan is built from rules instead and says so.
Checking the plan
- Edit any search, ad line or budget. Text is checked against Google's and Meta's limits as you type (headline and description lengths, capitals, punctuation), and problems are listed before launch.
- A Facebook ad can use a poster from Posters & posts as its picture.
- Nothing is created in Google or Meta while it is a draft.
Launching
Launch builds the campaign in Google or Meta, paused, checks it was created whole (a half-built Facebook campaign is removed again), then starts it. Pause, resume, end, and budget changes are on each campaign's row on Campaigns, with what it has spent, its enquiries, and what a visit cost.
Guardrails
Guardrails only ever pause; nothing raises spend by itself.
- A campaign pauses at its total budget and on its end date.
- A campaign run from the wallet pauses when the wallet holds less than a day.
- Spend is read from Google and Meta every hour.
Weekly suggestions
Each week, suggestions come from your own numbers, each with its reason and the change it would make. Nothing changes until the owner applies it.
- Pause a search that has spent without bringing enquiries.
- Stop showing for searches that aren't about admission ("job", "salary", "pdf").
- Halve the budget when money is going out and no enquiries are coming in, until the page is fixed.
- Let Google bid for enquiries once there are enough of them for it to learn from.
- Move a fifth of the budget to the channel where a visit costs much less.
- Raise the budget by a quarter when visits are cheap and the budget runs out before the day ends.
What each admission cost
Each ad link carries its campaign and keyword, and Google's and Meta's click IDs are kept with the enquiry. When the family visits, applies or joins, Enquiries → Reports credits the ad: spend, and the cost of each enquiry, visit and admission by campaign and keyword. Google and Meta are told who visited and joined (as coded phone numbers and the stage, never names), so they look for more families like those who joined, not just those who filled a form.
Ads that open a WhatsApp chat
A Facebook or Instagram ad can open a WhatsApp chat instead of your ad page (Where a tap leads in the plan). The family's first message lands in Enquiries → WhatsApp as an enquiry from that ad, and the assistant answers first. This runs only when tuition.in runs your Facebook ads, because the chat opens with tuition.in's WhatsApp number.
Audiences from your enquiries
Under Accounts, Keep audiences in step with my enquiries (the owner's switch) keeps three lists on each connected Google and Facebook account, replaced once a day:
- Enquired, didn't visit and Visited, didn't apply (enquiries between two days and six months old), for a come-back campaign.
- Admitted: left out of every campaign launched from here, so no money is spent showing ads to families who have already joined. On Facebook, once it has 100 families, a lookalike of them is made too.
Only families who agreed to updates are included, and their phone numbers and emails leave tuition.in coded (hashed), never in the clear. Google and Facebook show ads to a list only once it has about 100 people.
Who can do what
A team member with the Admissions part can make plans and edit drafts. Launching, resuming, raising budgets, connecting accounts, topping up the wallet and applying suggestions are the owner's clicks only. Account tokens are kept sealed on the server and never sent to the browser.
Questions
The screen says ads aren't switched on. Google or Meta isn't connected for this site yet. Enquiries, ad pages, visits and posters all work without it.
Does the AI spend our money? No. It drafts. Every launch and every budget rise is the owner's click, and guardrails can only pause.
Can we stop using tuition.in's account later? Yes. End the campaigns, and the rest of the wallet is yours. Connect your own accounts and plan again.
Is YouTube included? Not yet: plans split between Google search and Facebook and Instagram.
