Where to find it
Run Ads → Posters & posts, or Make a poster to send from Enquiries → Campaigns. It needs the Admissions part of the dashboard.

Overview

Pick a design, a size and a colour; the words start from your profile and you change what you like. The preview is the file you share. Saving a poster gives it its own tag, so its QR code and every link carry it, and the enquiries it brings are counted against it.

Designs and sizes

Five designs: Admissions open (the session, classes and your reasons), Campus photo (your photo with the headline over it), Results (one number that proves it, set large), Visit invite (a tour or open house, with a QR code to book) and Courses (your courses or classes with your badges). Each is laid out for every size, not stretched:

Facebook / LinkedIn1200 × 630Link posts, your website, and Facebook ads.

Six colour sets, or your own colour.

The words

The starting words come only from your profile: your tagline, board and classes, courses or exams, facilities, accreditation, transport and results. Nothing is made up, because a poster is a promise to families. Results that start with a number are split into the number and its label so the number can be set large. Long lines are fitted and balanced to the space, and each field has a length limit so no line can outgrow its design.

Photos and your logo

Use a photo from your profile or upload one (PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB). Your logo comes from your profile. Only your own pictures can go into your posters.

Sharing

  • On a phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook open your phone's share sheet with the picture and the words, ready to post.
  • On a computer, the picture downloads, the words are copied, and WhatsApp Web opens.
  • Print opens the A4 poster to print; Copy link copies the poster's own page link.
  • Each channel has its own caption, and its own link, so you can see which channel worked.

By email

Send by email makes a draft campaign in Enquiries → Campaigns with the email banner at the top, linking to the poster's page. Choose who it goes to (enquiries by stage, or parents of your students) and send it as any campaign. Or copy it as HTML for your own mail.

In a Facebook ad

A draft Facebook ad in Run Ads can take the poster as its picture (the 1200 × 630 size).

What each poster brought

Your posters are listed under Your posters with the enquiries, visits and admissions each brought, by channel. A family who scans the QR on a printed poster counts as the poster's; one who taps the link in a WhatsApp status counts as WhatsApp. Editing a poster keeps its tag, so its counts carry on.

Strong results make strong posters
Genome & Diagnosis lists what is working: a strong rating, a pass rate above the national one, families praising your teaching. Those are what to put on a poster.

Questions

Can it post straight to our Instagram or Facebook Page? Not yet. Share from your phone, which takes two taps.

Can we make video reels? Not yet: posters and posts are pictures.
