Get your student list out of Teachmint
You want the student list, saved as Excel. It takes a few minutes.
General steps. Teachmint's menus may use different names; the report you want is the one listing every student with their details.
MyClassCampus, now part of Teachmint, works the same way: export the student list to Excel.
Open the student module and find the student list or student report. Software calls it different things: Student List, Student Details, Student Master, Nominal Roll.
Choose all classes and active students. If it only shows one class at a time, export each class; they become one list here.
Use the Export, Excel or XLS button to download it. CSV works too.
Upload every file here exactly as it downloaded: titles, page headings and class totals in it are fine.
Four screens, and nothing is saved until the last one
Open Move Your Data on your dashboard and choose Teachmint. Every answer is kept as you give it, so you can stop and carry on tomorrow.

Add the UDISE+ download alongside
Teachmint's list brings admission numbers, dates of birth and phone numbers. The UDISE+ download adds each child's PEN, category and the details the government holds. The same child in both files becomes one student.
Ask Teachmint Technologies for your school's data
Your school's records are yours. If the export is locked or missing details, send this to Teachmint's support team. Until it arrives, the UDISE+ download gets your students and classes in.
Subject: Full export of our school's data Dear Teachmint team, Please send us a complete export of our school's records in Excel or CSV: - every student, current and left, with admission number, name, class and section, date of birth, gender, parents' names, phone numbers, address, category, PEN and every other detail on record; - fee structures, dues still outstanding, and receipts, as separate files. This is our school's own data. We'd be grateful to have it within seven days. Thank you.
