Life Skills Just a laptop Live online

Young Entrepreneurs for ages 10–15

Running a tiny business teaches more maths, writing and confidence than most projects. Over four sessions your child finds a problem people around them have, tests an idea by talking to real customers, works out costs and a price, pitches to the group, and then makes their first real sales to family, friends or neighbours.

How 4 sessions get there

Each session is 60 minutes, live, and builds on the last. Your child is doing something for most of it.

Problems worth solvingSession 1

Spot everyday problems at home, school and in the neighbourhood. Choose one to work on.

Ask real customersSession 2

Write five questions and interview three people. Change the idea based on what they say.

Cost, price, profitSession 3

List every cost, set a price, and work out how many to sell before making a profit.

Pitch, then sellSession 4 · the finish

A two-minute pitch to the group, with feedback. Then a plan to make the first sales that week.

Questions parents ask

About Young Entrepreneurs

Does my child need to spend money to start?
No. Many workshop ideas are services, such as plant-watering or homework help for younger children, or things made from what's at home. Pricing is taught so that no one loses money.
Is selling safe for children?
Sales are only to people the family knows, with a parent involved. The workshop never asks children to sell to strangers or online.
Who runs this workshop?
guru.cool runs it live online, with a coach and a batch of children of a similar age. Tuition.in lists the workshop and passes your seat request to guru.cool.
What happens after I reserve a seat?
guru.cool calls or messages you to confirm a batch time and the fee. Nothing is charged when you reserve.
