Life Skills Just a laptop Live online

Cyber Safety & Digital Citizenship for ages 8–14

Children are online earlier than ever, often with less guidance than they get crossing a road. Two practical sessions teach your child to recognise phishing and scams, make passwords that are strong and memorable, lock down privacy settings, think before posting, and respond to bullying or something upsetting by telling a trusted adult.

Privacy, kindness and getting helpSession 2 · the finish

Questions parents ask

About Cyber Safety & Digital Citizenship

Will this frighten my child?
No. The tone is practical and calm. Children learn that most problems online can be fixed, and that telling an adult is the first step.
What should we do if something serious happens?
In India, the national cyber crime helpline is 1930 and reports can be made at cybercrime.gov.in. Session 2 covers this, and when to use it.
Who runs this workshop?
guru.cool runs it live online, with a coach and a batch of children of a similar age. Tuition.in lists the workshop and passes your seat request to guru.cool.
What happens after I reserve a seat?
guru.cool calls or messages you to confirm a batch time and the fee. Nothing is charged when you reserve.
