Art & Performance Just a laptop Live online

Theatre & Drama for ages 7–14

Drama builds confidence, empathy and teamwork faster than almost anything else, and it works online better than people expect. Your child plays theatre games, learns to use voice and expression to become someone else, rehearses a short script with the group, and performs it live for families in the final session.

Questions parents ask

About Theatre & Drama

Can theatre really work on a video call?
Yes. Online drama focuses on voice, face and upper-body expression, and many games are designed for the camera. The final performance is often the highlight of the term.
Will my child have to learn a lot of lines?
Parts are short and sized to each child. Confident children can take more lines, and nervous ones start smaller.
Who runs this workshop?
guru.cool runs it live online, with a coach and a batch of children of a similar age. Tuition.in lists the workshop and passes your seat request to guru.cool.
What happens after I reserve a seat?
guru.cool calls or messages you to confirm a batch time and the fee. Nothing is charged when you reserve.
