Radiology questions come in two shapes: name the classic sign, and choose the right modality. Both are answerable from one principle — which tissue property distinguishes the target from its background — so the modality question is not separate memorisation. Chest and CNS imaging supply most of the questions, and radiotherapy principles add a small predictable block.
