Who this is for
Students who want a clear picture of their academic performance across all courses. Tutors can view the same report for any student they teach.

Overview

The Progress Report aggregates your performance data across every batch you're enrolled in — attendance, assignment completion, test scores, and diagnostic mastery levels — into a single, printable document. You can also generate a public share link to send to parents, colleges, or prospective employers.

Accessing the report

  1. Go to Dashboard → Progress Report.
  2. The report loads automatically for your account.
  3. If you're enrolled in multiple batches, each appears as a separate section within the same report.

What's in the report

Each course/batch section shows:

SectionDetails
AttendanceClasses attended vs total scheduled; percentage; per-class history
AssignmentsSubmitted vs total; average grade; mastery level badge per assignment
Tests & QuizzesTests taken; average score; per-test breakdown with date and score
Diagnostic MasterySubject-level mastery level (RED/YELLOW/GREEN/BLUE) from diagnostic tests
Overall PerformanceWeighted summary score for the batch

Mastery levels are colour-coded: 🔴 Red (Needs Work), 🟡 Yellow (Developing), 🟢 Green (Mastered), 🔵 Blue (Exceptional).

Sharing your report

To generate a shareable version of your progress report:

  1. Click Share Report on the Progress Report page.
  2. A unique public link is generated (token-based — anyone with the link can view it without logging in).
  3. Copy and send the link to parents, college admissions, or scholarship committees.
Public link
The shared report is viewable by anyone with the link. It shows your name, enrolled courses, attendance, and grades. Do not share it publicly (e.g. on social media) if you'd prefer to keep academic details private.

The shared report page is a read-only, print-friendly version — it does not require the viewer to have an account.

Printing

Click Print on the Progress Report page to open your browser's print dialog. The report is styled for A4 paper with appropriate page breaks. ChooseSave as PDF to create a PDF version.

Tutor view

Tutors can view any enrolled student's progress report from Tutor Dashboard → Student Insights → [select student]. The report is filtered to show only data from batches the tutor teaches — tutors cannot see a student's performance in another tutor's courses.
