(iv) Distance from x-axis = |7| = 7 units. Distance from y-axis = |−4| = 4 units. POINT C(−2, −6): (i) Quadrant: x = −2 (negative), y = −6 (negative) → QUADRANT III. (ii) Abscissa = −2. (iii) Ordinate = −6. (iv) Distance from x-axis = |−6| = 6 units. Distance from y-axis = |−2| = 2 units. POINT D(0, 3): (i) Quadrant: x = 0 → point is on the y-AXIS, NOT in any quadrant.
