SBI Clerk recruits Junior Associates (customer support and sales) for State Bank of India — the front-line clerical staff who run day-to-day branch service across the country's largest bank. Conducted by SBI itself, it is a two-stage written selection with no interview, so your objective performance in the Main examination alone decides the outcome.

The process is a qualifying Preliminary examination followed by a Main examination that determines the final merit, and a test of proficiency in the specified local language for the state you apply to. The Prelims is a tightly timed screen of English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning; the Mains broadens into General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and a combined Reasoning & Computer Aptitude paper.
