Sri Krishnadevaraya University

Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU) is a major public university in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, established in 1981. Named after the great Vijayanagara emperor Sri Krishnadevaraya, the university was created to cater to the higher education needs of the Rayalaseema region. It has grown into a large affiliating university with a vast campus spreading over 500 acres. SKU offers a wide range of postgraduate and research programs in Arts, Commerce, and Sciences.
