Making friends in class is hard because you just sit and listen. Clubs are better because you work together on a task. Join the Photography Club, the Debate Society, or the NGO group. Shared interests = Instant connection.

3. The "Open Door" Policy

If you live in a hostel, keep your door open when you are in your room. It signals "I am approachable." People will stop by to say hello.

4. Ask Questions

People love talking about themselves. If you don't know what to say, ask:
